• Duplicate payments

Note: Refund requests after course completion or beyond the stipulated time frame are generally not eligible.

4. Eligible requests are approved, and the refund is initiated to the original payment method.
5. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.

Refund Exceptions

• No refund for courses accessed partially or fully beyond the allowed trial period
• No refund for free courses or promotional offers
• No refund for subscriptions purchased using coupons if explicitly mentioned in the offer terms
